Course
Enrollment for this course is currently closed.

About

Workshop Description

Full day of lectures mixed with hands-on lab sessions teaching corrective osteotomy, patellar groove replacement, and other anti-rotation techniques. Will also cover imaging and 3-D modeling. Participants will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology on plastic bone models.

Toy breed dogs are commonly affected by medial patellar luxation. Management of severe MPL (grade 3 and 4) requires proficiency in decision-making, planning and execution of appropriate surgical techniques to avoid recurrent luxation. This course will focus on techniques used to treat more severe grades of MPL using the latest technology to simplify repair and give the best outcom
