Workshop Description

Featuring the I-Loc® 3-4-5 and the 6-7-8 Systems, this two-and-a-half-day workshop will cover principles of interlocking nailing in a variety of long bone fracture configurations for standard, large, and small breed dogs and cats. The evolution of interlocking nail designs will be addressed, with an emphasis on the concept of angle-stable centromedullary fixation.

Workshop Objectives

Detailed surgical techniques for fracture fixation using the I-Loc system will be demonstrated, followed by a wet and dry laboratory with extensive hands-on fracture reduction and fixation on both small and large-sized models. A report of clinical results and expectations will conclude the laboratory.
