Featuring the I-Loc®️ 6-7-8 system, this introduction will cover the principles of interlocking nailing in primary trauma, revisions and elective angular deformity corrections. The design rationale and versatility of the I-Loc® intramedullary fixator will be addressed and illustrated using clinical cases of epi-metaphyseal and diaphyseal fracture configurations of the humerus, ulna, femur and tibia.
