Surgeons who have completed the prior online courses and the KYON Total Hip Replacement Workshop in the KYON THR Education Pathway, and have also passed the THR Skill Assessment, must submit their first two clinical cases for further support and feedback.

KYON THR experts are available to give feedback on the pre-op planning and on the post-op radiographs of the clinical cases as the new KYON THR surgeons start performing clinical total hip replacement procedures. This support helps surgeons and the surgical team to gain more confidence at the start of their Total Hip Replacement experience. 

Completing the mentor training is mandatory to engage in when starting procedures at their own clinic.
