Course
About
Join us on April 9, 2026 for our Part 1: Introduction to the Stifle: Cruciate workshop at the Advanced Centre for Education (ACE) in Sydney, Australia!
Participants will gain hands-on, practical experience in diagnosing and managing canine cruciate disease, learning both the standard extracapsular suture technique and the OrthoSta Ligament Repair System. Through guided instruction and supervised practice, you will develop confidence in identifying key intra-articular structures and performing meniscectomies with precision. The workshop also provides the knowledge and skills to differentiate cruciate injuries from other causes of pelvic limb lameness, enabling more accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. By the end of the session, you will be equipped to apply these techniques confidently in clinical practice, improving outcomes for your patients.
Join our two-part series on Introduction to the Stifle! Dr. Ben Mielke will also be hosting a back-to-back workshop on Patella the following day.
